DS Rayon LLC provides remote IT consulting and technical support services delivered online.
If a service cannot be delivered or completed, the client may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase by contacting our support team.
Refund requests must include the details of the service purchased and the reason for the request.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
